• All campaign agreements are between the brand and creator directly
• BuzzBridge facilitates the connection and provides tools but is not a party to the agreement
• Both parties must fulfill their obligations as outlined in campaign agreements
• Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved
• Payment terms and deliverables must be clearly defined before work begins

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by BuzzBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
